ZTE Axon Smartwatch

After having presented officially in the United States, ZTE has announced its new ZTE Axon in Chinese market, proposing some interesting differences. The first relates to the presence of a fingerprint reader located at the rear of the Terminal, as already seen in the last appearance at TENAA, while the second is purely aesthetic and resides in using a faux leather trim at the top and bottom of the back of the Terminal, very similar to what was done by Samsung with its recent Galaxy notes.

But the differences do not end here, since it has a slightly different hardware from its ZTE Axon American cousin and sees the amount of RAM memory decline to 3 GB and screen resolution switch to “only” Full HD, 4 GB of RAM and QHD Panel present in the United States. However, those wanting a terminal equipped with these specs, find himself in version Axon Lux, which is, in fact, 4 GB of RAM, 5.5 “QHD and ben 128 GB of internal memory. Axon Lux also has a triple biometric authentication system, thanks to the possibility to use the scanner for fingerprints, retina and recognition of VoicePrint to unlock the Terminal.

The standard version of ZTE Axon will cost approximately $ 435, while Axon Lux will come to$ 625. Both are fitted with the same hardware platform based on Snapdragon 810, 13 and 2 MegaPixel camera on the back by duo, 8 MegaPixel front-facing and Android-based OS Lollipop and Bluetooth smartwatches on Tucsonsmartwatches. ZTE has also announced the arrival of Axon Mini, although the only specifications communicated concern the presence of a 5.2-inch display AMOLED “. More details will be released in the future.

Finally, ZTE completed the family Axon presenting a wearable, which is the new Axon Watch. The device offers us a classic hardware configuration consisting of a circular display 1.4 “AMOLED with resolution equivalent to 400 x 400, heartbeat sensor, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory. The operating system is not entrusted to Android Wear but in a proprietary solution called Tencent OS, so its marketing outside China seems quite unlikely, as there are no known plans for an international marketing of Axon and Axon Mini Lux.

ZTE Axon Mini is available online from Amazon Marketplace 269 euros. The value for money is discreet. There are 20 top models.
